Responsibilities
**What You Will Do **
Lead the Mexico Engineering team and contribute to its growth and development
Manage human resources allocation across company projects
Support and conduct recruitment processes, including interviews
Oversee career development, mentoring, and internal mobility in coordination with global structures
Coordinate effort reporting and ensure timely timesheet submission
Report and align with Business Units Management
Manage software delivery projects in coordination with global teams
Identify, assess, and mitigate people management and motivation risks
Promote continuous improvement and high service quality standards

Requirements

Proven experience in team leadership and people management
Experience in project management, including scope, risk, and stakeholder management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to advocate Scrum best practices
Experience with reporting tools and performance monitoring
Global mindset with cultural sensitivity and commitment to equity and inclusion
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
