Collaborate with stakeholders across the Credit & Surety Line of Business to implement operational model changes that improve efficiency and align with business objectives.
Conduct in-depth reviews of current Surety operational processes to identify inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions.
Leverage your understanding of Surety and C&S business to deliver tailored recommendations for process improvements.
Work closely with underwriting, claims, finance, and other functions to ensure seamless integration of operational changes into existing workflows.
Provide insights and support to ensure alignment with international and European Surety market practices and requirements.
Analyze operational data and metrics to monitor the performance of implemented changes and ensure sustainable improvements.
Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support on operational best practices within the Surety business.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in operational roles or process improvement initiatives within the Credit & Surety business or a related field.
Demonstrates a solid understanding of Surety operations and a working knowledge of the international or European Surety market.
Possesses strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose pragmatic solutions.
Is a confident communicator with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and levels.
Has experience working in Credit & Surety operations or a similar insurance context, with a focus on process improvement and operational excellence.
