Responsibilities
Provides direct and indirect supervision to subordinate managers and employees performing diverse roles within large sites.
Accountable for projects or programs on a multi-functional, national, or regional basis.
Manages a team of professionals providing expertise in engineering operations in support of production business units.
Responsible for developing policies and establishing long-term plans/objectives.
Reviews employees’ performance and recommends employee compensation; coaches for improved performance and disciplines as necessary.
Requirements
Nine plus years’ relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree in related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Advanced studies in Business/Operations/Technology are recommended.
