About the role

  • Online Marketing Manager driving SEA and SEO strategies for SaphirSolution, an eCommerce marketing agency. Focusing on campaign optimization, marketing automation, and innovative idea implementation in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

  • Independently design, manage, and optimize SEA campaigns and SEO initiatives in coordination with our internal teams
  • Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize conversions
  • Continuously optimize the performance marketing strategy
  • Marketing automation using HubSpot
  • Identify new technologies and trends
  • Analyze and report on marketing activities and derive actionable recommendations
  • Develop initiatives up to strategic annual planning in close collaboration with the managing director
  • Independently contribute innovative ideas to advance the SaphirSolution brand

Requirements

  • Proven knowledge of online marketing (ideally with agency experience)
  • Proficient in relevant analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sistrix, etc.)
  • Strong numerical skills and analytical thinking
  • High affinity for digital media
  • Creativity and a wide range of ideas, plus initiative, courage, and the ability to work in a team
