About the role

  • Expand national and international media buying for player acquisition with a focus on performance marketing
  • Independently manage online campaigns across all relevant channels: search engines, display, native advertising, influencer marketing, social media, programmatic, and email marketing
  • Set up, monitor, continuously optimize, and scale campaigns
  • Analyze, track, and report on relevant KPIs
  • Source, coordinate, and manage international agencies
  • Identify new target audiences and traffic sources through creative concepts, agile testing, and scaling successful campaigns
  • Develop, test, and implement innovative new marketing ideas

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration (BWL), Marketing, Communications, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 3 years of professional experience on the client or agency side across all relevant channels (display, SEA, social media, etc.) and platforms (desktop, mobile)
  • Solid knowledge of the media industry and a strong professional network
  • Numerically minded, analytical, and creative
  • Highly communicative; negotiation-level proficiency in German and English
