Responsibilities
Expand national and international media buying for player acquisition with a focus on performance marketing
Independently manage online campaigns across all relevant channels: search engines, display, native advertising, influencer marketing, social media, programmatic, and email marketing
Set up, monitor, continuously optimize, and scale campaigns
Analyze, track, and report on relevant KPIs
Source, coordinate, and manage international agencies
Identify new target audiences and traffic sources through creative concepts, agile testing, and scaling successful campaigns
Develop, test, and implement innovative new marketing ideas
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration (BWL), Marketing, Communications, or a comparable qualification
At least 3 years of professional experience on the client or agency side across all relevant channels (display, SEA, social media, etc.) and platforms (desktop, mobile)
Solid knowledge of the media industry and a strong professional network
Numerically minded, analytical, and creative
Highly communicative; negotiation-level proficiency in German and English
