Responsibilities
Driving digital marketing transformation and technical architecture with a focus on business outcomes, value creation and scalability
Lead road mapping, project planning, and solution design and implementation for marketing and connected digital business domains
Translate high level business requirements into functional specifications
Identify and analyse gaps between current processes and systems
Design processes, system changes and transition plans together with business- and IT stakeholders
Budget responsibility for digital marketing services and related development projects
Stakeholder management, including IT, business units, and external vendors
Management of 3rd Party Service Providers in fulfilling their roles and responsibilities in the processes
Promote scalable solution architecture and innovation, including the use of AI technologies to unlock new business value
High level of accountability — you take ownership and lead with courage
Requirements
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of work experience in digital marketing or IT project- or service management or another relevant IT role
Solid experience in Salesforce ecosystem
Proven expertise in implementing digital marketing solutions including Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
Knowledge about data management, reporting and analytics is an advantage
Genuine interest to follow digital marketing space and its newest high-end technologies
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment and deliver results
Excellent communication skills in English, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills
Experience in vendor and budget management
A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence across organizational boundaries
