About the role

  • Agent au service à la clientèle pour la perception des primes des différents produits chez Beneva. Assurer un service de qualité en répondant aux demandes des clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality customer service
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding payments
  • Explain payment terms and correct errors
  • Review payment files and propose payment agreements
  • Assess whether contracts should be maintained
  • Process requests for changes or refunds of payments
  • Communicate with customers about outstanding balances

Requirements

  • Vocational diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant customer service experience
  • Proficiency in French, both spoken and written
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and reasoning test required
