About the role

  • Advanced Associate, Customer Service coordinating customer inquiries and collaborating with internal teams at Pearson VUE. Responding to client queries and ensuring positive customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Respond and resolve customer queries
  • Follow through with incidents, reports, and projects
  • Ensure candidate results are sent to clients in accordance with KPIs

Requirements
