About the role

  • Manage and administer the NetSuite OneWorld platform, including user setup, roles, permissions, workflows, and saved searches.
  • Maintain and extend custom fields, forms, scripts, and workflows to support evolving business requirements.
  • Oversee integrations with connected systems (e.g., Tipalti, Expensify, billing platforms, PSA).
  • Ensure system security, data integrity, and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Manage system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features.
  • Identify and implement improvements in financial processes.
  • Support automation of vendor onboarding, billing, revenue recognition, and approval workflows.
  • Actively contribute to major system and transformation projects.
  • Provide ongoing support to Finance users, resolving queries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Develop training materials and deliver user training to improve adoption and knowledge of NetSuite functionality.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment of system capabilities with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and a high level of finance acumen.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a NetSuite Administrator (OneWorld preferred).
  • Broad hands-on experience across multiple NetSuite modules (e.g., Fixed Assets Management, Advanced Revenue Management, Projects, etc.).
  • Proven experience working in a project environment, with the ability to balance BAU support and transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with system integrations (APIs, web services, middleware).
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite data model, workflows, and reporting.
  • NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or Developer) (desirable).
  • Prior experience with vendor payment platforms (e.g., Tipalti) or expense management tools (desirable).
