Responsibilities
Sell BPO services and technology development solutions delivered from Mexico.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, proposals, RFPs, and contract negotiations.
Work closely with delivery and technology teams in Mexico to align solutions and pricing with client needs.
Highlight Mexico as a nearshore hub for outsourcing and software/IT development.
Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry forums.
Maintain pipeline activity and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Requirements
2+ years of B2B sales experience (inside or outside sales).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience in staffing, outsourcing, or technology sales is a huge plus.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus (not required).
Comfortable managing a sales cycle from prospect to close.
Willingness to travel quarterly to Mexico centers.
