Responsibilities
Order and customer management
Review of orders for service requests of all kinds
Contract reconciliation and review
New customer setup including review of existing customer accounts in case of irregularities
Structured filing and continuous data maintenance in the system
Management of customer portals and framework agreements
Support for the sales team
Close collaboration with and support of field sales representatives
Communication with customers and internal departments
Maintenance of the service contract base
Creation of sites and maintenance of the machine database in the system
Tracking forecasts, reporting and coordination tasks
Analysis of customer satisfaction surveys
Planning and organization
Organization of training sessions, external meetings, roadshows, sales initiatives and sales days
Planning and follow-up of recurring audits at all branches
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
Initial experience in service back office or inside sales beneficial
Strong organizational skills and a structured, reliable way of working
Friendly manner, strong communication skills and team spirit
Confident use of MS Office and ideally SAP & Salesforce
Independent, proactive and solution-oriented working style
Good written and spoken English
