Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth through direct customer visits, negotiations, and relationship management
Manage key international accounts and develop new business opportunities
Lead sales forecasting, annual budget planning, and regional sales strategies
Oversee pricing strategy, TP and project quotations, and new product pricing
Coordinate cross‑functionally to support production alignment and order fulfillment
Lead customer factory visits, business reviews, and commercial discussions
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
7+ years of experience in international / regional sales (HVAC preferred)
Strong commercial, negotiation, and customer‑management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
Comfortable working with global teams across time zones
Willing to travel frequently.
