Responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Develop in-depth analyses using internal and market data to identify trends, patterns and correlations, producing high-impact recommendations for the business.
- Data Management and Dashboards: Act as the guardian of information, creating, maintaining and evolving dashboards and data visualizations that ensure clarity and accessibility of the company’s key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Strategic Communication: Build high-level executive presentations with scenarios, trends, performance evolution and relevant insights for leadership and partner areas.
- Influence and Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge, actively interacting with and influencing areas such as Commercial, Marketing, Product and Technology, ensuring business decisions and process optimization are based on data and insights.
- Productivity and Innovation with AI: Use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to enhance productivity and problem-solving capabilities, focusing on crafting intelligent prompts to refine market analyses, summarize documents and generate structures for strategic insights.
- Process Efficiency and Optimization: Identify opportunities and take responsibility for automating and optimizing processes and routines within the area and among partners, increasing operational efficiency across ClickBus.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing or related fields. Preference for backgrounds with strong logical reasoning, business vision and quantitative skills.
- Proven experience in data analysis, and in building and maintaining dashboards and management reports in corporate environments.
- Technical Data Proficiency:
- SQL: Proven ability to create and maintain queries and data models in relational databases (SQL is essential).
- Data Visualization: Advanced knowledge and hands‑on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio or similar).
- Excel: Advanced skills for manipulating and analyzing large volumes of data.
- Generalist and Curious Profile: Comfortable moving across different areas, proactively seeking data and insights to answer complex business and operational questions.
- Communication and Influence Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to translate complex analyses into simple, persuasive narratives for different audience levels (from analysts to C‑level).
- Affinity for Innovation: Interest and practical experience using technology tools, especially generative AI, to improve productivity and reasoning.
