- Drive member engagement and grow the global membership base
- Enhance professional development pathways and uphold professional recognition standards
- Oversee continuing professional development programs and accreditation processes
- Ensure compliance with Engineering Council UK standards and internal quality frameworks
- Manage resources effectively to deliver high-impact membership services and events
- Represent TWI at national and international forums
Requirements
- Experience in leadership roles, particularly in the field of professional membership services
- Strong understanding of engineering, memberships, and accreditation processes
- Proven track record of growing memberships
- Excellent strategic planning and implementation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including partnerships with academia and industry
