Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the team, tracking requests and performance while fostering continuous team development;
  • Develop and implement digital performance-driven strategies focused on metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROI, and ROAS;
  • Produce data-driven media recommendations to ensure efficiency and maximize results;
  • Manage, monitor, and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others;
  • Monitor KPIs and generate strategic insights for real-time optimization;
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and smooth processes;
  • Plan and manage hybrid campaigns (online and offline), integrating multiple media channels;
  • Prepare and present strategic plans and performance reports to clients with clarity and impact;
  • Identify market opportunities and media trends, anticipating relevant innovations for the business.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in digital operations and performance marketing;
  • Knowledge of offline media;
  • Experience with media research tools: TGI, Monitor, AdInsights;
  • Solid understanding of offline media (TV, OOH, Radio) as a strategic differentiator;
  • Experience with digital platforms: Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, DV360, and other platforms;
  • Knowledge of AdMedia or VBS Mídia;
  • Analytical mindset, organized and results-oriented;
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and execution skills.
