About the role

  • Own campaigns end-to-end from planning and execution through to optimisation and reporting
  • Design and deliver multi-channel campaigns (email, social, and digital) that drive lead generation and brand awareness across Australia
  • Build and manage email campaigns in Braze, including automated workflows to nurture leads and support customer engagement
  • Plan and execute webinars, events, and education conferences as part of the regional marketing strategy
  • Develop and deliver co-marketing initiatives with partners to expand reach, strengthen positioning, and support joint lead generation goals
  • Develop compelling content and ensure messaging consistency across email, LinkedIn, website, and other channels
  • Write engaging copy tailored to target audiences and collaborate with design to create visual assets
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI; use insights to refine strategies
  • Conduct competitor and market research to inform campaign positioning and differentiation
  • Partner closely with Sales to align marketing activity and support pipeline generation

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing role, with proven success in lead generation, campaign management, and events
  • Strong creative and copywriting skills
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Braze experience highly regarded)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or an equivalent CRM, with experience collaborating closely with sales teams to drive pipeline
  • Proficiency in managing digital campaigns across LinkedIn and email; basic HTML skills for email template editing advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, conduct market research, run A/B tests, and translate insights into action
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented, organised, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in the education or edtech sector, and/or knowledge of AU and/or UK education markets, is a plus
