About the role

  • You'll be instrumental in executing our marketing strategy, building brand awareness, supporting sales in nurturing opportunities through the funnel, and generating qualified leads.
  • Utilizing marketing automation tools (like HubSpot) to streamline campaigns, track performance, and report on key marketing metrics.
  • Planning, organizing, and executing a range of marketing events, from webinars to industry conferences, to maximize engagement and lead.
  • Identifying, engaging, and nurturing high-value target accounts through coordinated, multi-channel campaigns that align with sales objectives and drive pipeline growth.
  • Crafting compelling marketing collateral, including case studies, presentations, and email campaigns, ensuring clear and consistent messaging that resonates with our target audience.
  • Developing and optimizing engaging digital campaigns across multiple platforms to drive lead generation, enhance brand visibility, and measure ROI.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in B2B field marketing within the software industry is required.
  • Demonstrated expertise in account-based marketing (ABM), digital campaigns, social media, event marketing, and corporate communications is desired.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales and customer-facing teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial priorities is desired.
  • Proficiency with marketing CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) for campaign management, segmentation, and reporting is required.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Canva and/or basic video editing software is a plus.
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships with Sales, Customer Executive, and Marketing teams to align goals, share insights, and deliver cohesive, high-impact marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
