Lead marketing programmes in a selection of EU distributor markets
Responsible for the flawless implementation of Insulet’s marketing strategies and the Distributor marketing plans
Work proactively and collaboratively with all stakeholders across the business
Maximise the potential of the Omnipod System across the region
Refine best practice processes to ensure efficiencies and consistency in bringing new products and projects to the market
Build insights, knowledge and understanding of Country/Region and local health care systems and market dynamics
Develop successful customer orientated marketing plans with channel partners
Deliver overall brand management for the Country/Region
Support the development of the digital marketing channels for health care professionals, patients and health care providers
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business/ Life Science
Relevant experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical marketing or sales/commercial function, also developing product and marketing strategy
Experience in diabetes therapy is a bonus
Fluent in English, a second language would be advantageous
Ability to work in a complex and collaborative environment
Proven track record of driving acquisition through new and innovative marketing techniques
Influencing skills – Ability to influence third party organisations in the development of robust planning
Ability to develop business cases for new programs, including demonstrating potential ROI
Demonstrated strategic and critical thinking capabilities with forward looking perspective
Strong communication and collaboration skills with proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of people and across organisations
Experienced relationship-management expertise, and project management skills
Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence without authority
Familiarity with complex, competitive markets preferred
Excellent organizational skills with ability to project plan
Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills
Good Excel understanding and basic modelling ability
Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent, complex, and cross-functional projects required

Marketing asset approval process and systems experience
Medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience
