Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, with a focus on supporting marketing campaigns, media, or branding efforts.
Experience in insurance, particularly Commercial Property and Casualty, a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and timely, proactive communication skills.
Understanding of marketing fundamentals, including branding, messaging, and media strategies, as well as relevant digital channels and platforms.
Proven ability to develop messaging that furthers CNA's brand and positively positions CNA in the marketplace.
Strong interpersonal skills.
