About the role

  • Strategic Marketing Coordinator supporting the EMEA BDX Strategic Marketing Team in implementing marketing strategies. Engaging in upstream and downstream marketing activities and communications for healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting BD Way of Marketing execution
  • Support in building training calendar together with the BDWoM Admin
  • Coordinate, upload, and configure participants and trainers list in Interactive platform.
  • Create breakout groups in Learning platform/Teams, and support breakout sessions during live training when applicable.
  • Confirm and track (run Intrepid reports) participants engagement per week until training completion.
  • Email communications – live training event invitations, weekly expectation reminders/top scorers, emails.
  • Administration of initial, midpoint and final training survey in Forms.
  • Manage interactive platform trouble shooting during kickoff and training weeks.
  • Coordinate F2F logistics when this channel is enabled.
  • Handling the approval process of marketing assets for BDX Strategic Marketing EMEA
  • Handle the copy approval process from claims and collateral creation and submission, to review and approval of collateral, and release of approved material to support the execution of the Omnichannel Operating model for BDX Strategic Marketing
  • Handle multiple simultaneous workstreams to support the regional team and supporting the translation and country approval where needed.
  • Work in close collaboration with the marketing team on the campaign material and handle the end-to-end approval process of collateral.
  • Liaise and manage team members across with Marketing, Medical, Legal, and Regulatory to ensure the marketing material is accurate, compliant, consistent, and delivered on time.
  • Expand the claims library, maintaining, and updating approved material and uploading it to the relevant platforms.
  • Ensuring that all assets adhere to our policies.
  • Supporting employee engagement and internal communications activities
  • Nurture and further develop the BDX Strategic Marketing Maxwell page to share customer voice, key highlights from BDX strategic marketing regional and country teams to strengthen communication, celebrate accomplishments and facilitate best-practice exchange.
  • Support employee engagement activities for Signature Programmes and Brand
  • Support organisation and management of employee engagement events (offline or online)
  • Support management and delivery of Signature Programmes and brand training activities across countries, business units and functions.
  • Create, handle and update distribution lists
  • Supporting external communications activities
  • Support customer engagement activities for Signature Programmes and Brand
  • Support organisation and management of customer engagement events including logistics and admin (i.e billing, invoicing, cost centers management, supplier set-up, etc.)
  • Create and handle the BDX EMEA strategic marketing Showpad channel.
  • Supporting administration and logistics when needed
  • Support internal and external BDX meeting organization (i.e emailing to participants, catering, meeting room, taxis and hotel reservations, billing, invoicing, cost centers management, etc.)
  • Prepare/Send out Agendas, coordinate logistic, compile, and distribute required documents and presentations.
  • Support organisation and management of customer engagement events including logistics and admin

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMI) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a large matrix organization.
  • Experience handling copy-approval processes, policies, and regulatory requirements for marketing is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Already experienced with Veeva Vault and ShowPad platforms.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams using project management systems.
  • Understanding of sales processes and business acumen is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
