Marketing Events Assistant coordinating luxury marketing events for Tevora. Responsible for planning, execution, and logistics of high-end corporate events while fostering client engagement.
Responsibilities
Travel regularly across country to coordinate and execute marketing events
Event research and planning for marketing events
Coordinate day-to-day execution for specific events and on-site logistics, with input from Manager and Director
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of event details in project management tools
Manage sourcing and purchasing branded swag and promotional items
Manage expense reports for events team
Event registration software management (Cvent)
Use Canva to complete design projects as needed
Collaborate with Internal Marketing Manager on internal events, to include holiday party and other events as needed.
Required to work in the Salt Lake City, UT office twice a week while Tevora is on a hybrid work schedule. Subject to change.
Administrative office management duties, such as mail processing, supply and snack ordering and organization, etc.
Other duties as assigned by marketing leads
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
1-3 years hands-on event planning experience
Proven ability to work with clients or internal stakeholders
Self-starter with ability to work independently or with a team
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Flexible and adaptable
Working knowledge of communications and/or design software such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, CVENT, etc.
