About the role
- Design Associate in Deliveroo’s in-house creative studio creating impactful design across digital and offline channels. Managing design workflow and collaborating on marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality design and animation assets (social media, CRM, campaigns, OOH, internal comms).
- Manage multiple briefs simultaneously and deliver on time, even under tight deadlines.
- Manage the creative workflow internally and manage a team of junior designers by distributing work and reviewing it.
- Support the creative development of marketing campaigns with graphic design, illustration, and motion graphics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Participate in creative reviews, proactively contributing ideas and solutions.
- Continuously develop skills in animation, illustration, and art direction to elevate studio outputs.
Requirements
- This role is open only to UAE Nationals
- UAE passport & Family book (Khulasat Al Qaid) holder
- 2–3 years of experience in graphic design or creative production.
- Experience designing across digital, social, and print formats.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
- A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, technical skill, and brand understanding.
- Tech experience is a plus
