Monitor and improve email deliverability, engagement, and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Manage and optimize the marketing database, ensuring data accuracy, effective segmentation, deduplication, and overall quality.
Track, analyze, and share insights on email performance metrics, campaign conversion and attribution, turning data into actionable recommendations.
Administer the marketing technology stack (Marketo, Mailchimp, Intercom, etc.) to ensure reliable day-to-day operations.
Document processes, workflows, and campaign guidelines to ensure consistency, scalability, and knowledge-sharing across the team.
Gather qualitative feedback from Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing stakeholders to improve processes, campaign effectiveness, and conversion rates.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business.
2+ years of experience in marketing automation (Marketo preferred), ideally within a B2B software environment.
Solid understanding of email marketing best practices (deliverability, A/B testing, personalization).
Experience with B2B lead nurturing and funnel optimization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign performance data into actionable improvements, leveraging Excel for reporting, segmentation, and data analysis.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Nice to haves: Experience with HTML/CSS for email templates; Familiarity with deliverability monitoring tools and best practices; Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce, or equivalent).
