Responsibilities
Analyze files for item registration in the system, working directly with internal and external suppliers and correcting data when necessary;
Analyze issues and propose solutions to meet requirements;
Process and prepare images for system upload;
Monitor products within the ecosystem;
Track orders to support internal suppliers;
Ensure timely handling of registration tickets;
Monitor the registration process with the internal supplier.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a university degree in Library Science (Biblioteconomy), Administration/Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields;
Analytical and critical mindset;
Strong communication and organizational skills, and good logical reasoning;
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel;
