About the role

  • Analyze files for item registration in the system, working directly with internal and external suppliers and correcting data when necessary;
  • Analyze issues and propose solutions to meet requirements;
  • Process and prepare images for system upload;
  • Monitor products within the ecosystem;
  • Track orders to support internal suppliers;
  • Ensure timely handling of registration tickets;
  • Monitor the registration process with the internal supplier.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a university degree in Library Science (Biblioteconomy), Administration/Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields;
  • Analytical and critical mindset;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, and good logical reasoning;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel;
  • Knowledge of Canva and Pipedrive
