About the role

  • Take full responsibility for all administrative tasks – from preparing proposals to finalizing contracts.
  • Maintain and update our CRM system to ensure optimal customer management.
  • Support our colleagues at the Hannover, Leipzig, Berlin and Hamburg locations with existing account management.
  • Conduct price inquiries for national customer requests.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration
  • Strong organizational skills and experience with CRM systems and digital sales processes
  • Strong command of the German language (spoken and written)
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
