About the role

  • Ensure all administration and clinic scheduling is completed effectively and efficiently
  • Serve as the friendly and approachable point of contact for customers and colleagues
  • Participate in constant, in-depth training and development to grow your skills

Requirements

  • Experience working in fast-paced administrative environment
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills
  • Ability to use IT systems effectively (including Office 365)
  • Great team worker

  • Ability to adapt
  • Previous experience working in an administrative role or inbound call centre environment
