About the role

  • Serve as project manager for the production of marketing materials, new business presentations and team collateral, collaborating with marketing team, transaction teams, internal teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Provide content and copywriting for offering memorandums and ancillary marketing materials including property, economic, and market overviews.
  • Perform market research and data analysis to support asset positioning/marketing.
  • Act as liaison between transaction and creative teams to oversee design, improve efficiency, and facilitate all aspects of the marketing process.
  • Coordinate with vendors on external marketing components including photography, maps, and market reports.
  • Ensure accuracy of all marketing materials, upholding brand standards and providing quality control.
  • Organize and maintain team files for projects, market reports, and other materials.
  • Leverage emerging AI technologies to enhance business outcomes by developing and refining effective prompts, identifying opportunities for automation, and implementing forward-thinking solutions that drive operational efficiency and innovation.
  • Work resourcefully and proactively to ensure a quick and effective marketing process.
  • Crosstrain in other asset classes as part of collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • Completion of a bachelor’s degree; preferred degree in Communications, Marketing, Management, Real Estate, English Literature, Advertising or similar.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate.
  • Experience in Hospitality sector a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, verified technical copywriting abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, plus strong technical skills.
  • Ability to consistently produce high-quality work under tight timeframes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritizing for agreed-upon deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, design, and accuracy.
  • Personable with ability to interface effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
  • Energetic self-starter who is flexible, organized, proactive, and deadline-driven.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help others.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; Eastdil Secured will not sponsor visas.
