Responsibilities
Control and monitor Tigre's budget with Juntos Somos Mais, ensuring efficiency and adherence to financial planning.
Use advanced Excel spreadsheets for data analysis, budget control, and monitoring performance indicators.
Monitor and measure the performance of campaigns and relationship initiatives, ensuring correct execution with special attention to budget allocation and usage.
Participate in meetings and presentations to discuss performance and propose improvements and new initiatives.
Manage and oversee the Juntos Somos Mais Program: an initiative aimed at the Retail segment of the Construction Materials Market.
Develop and manage engagement campaigns.
Responsible for developing communications for actions and campaigns, including creating briefs and approving creative assets.
Work closely with the Categories, Training, and Events teams to align and structure joint initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising.
Experience in marketing; experience with customer relationship programs is desirable.
Experience managing budgets and financial control of marketing activities.
Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charts to support analysis and data control.
Knowledge of data analysis tools and marketing performance metrics.
Ability to manage engagement and marketing campaigns efficiently with a focus on results.
