About the role

  • Lead and manage the CPC and PFC Boards
  • Provide support to other committees to ensure alignment of governance processes
  • Coordinate and support board and committee evaluations
  • Ensure the CPC and PFC Boards operate in full compliance with their governance frameworks
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Boards and Executive leadership
  • Champion inclusive, bilingual, and accessible communication
  • Lead communication and engagement with Sport members and sport partners

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience of experience in administrative roles
  • University diploma in Business or Sport Administration, a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and tact
  • Experience working with the Board of Directors and committees is considered an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingualism in French is considered a strong asset
  • Exceptional attention to detail and effective time management
  • Ability to multitask within a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
