About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the CPC and PFC Boards
- Provide support to other committees to ensure alignment of governance processes
- Coordinate and support board and committee evaluations
- Ensure the CPC and PFC Boards operate in full compliance with their governance frameworks
- Act as the primary liaison between the Boards and Executive leadership
- Champion inclusive, bilingual, and accessible communication
- Lead communication and engagement with Sport members and sport partners
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience of experience in administrative roles
- University diploma in Business or Sport Administration, a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and tact
- Experience working with the Board of Directors and committees is considered an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingualism in French is considered a strong asset
- Exceptional attention to detail and effective time management
- Ability to multitask within a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
