About the role

  • Manager, Client Services responsible for client engagement and business development in the tax services industry. Collaborates with the Client Services team and manages relationships with clients and prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating the Firm’s vision and capabilities to the marketplace
  • Engaging clients and prospects in a consultative manner
  • Providing customized solutions for clients
  • Expanding and cross-selling within client relationships
  • Researching, initiating, and developing new business relationships
  • Partnering with Client Services Directors and Principal
  • Assisting with business development pursuits
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and timely service delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience including Business Development
  • Strong business development experience
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Document Management Systems knowledge (e.g., Microsoft SharePoint, Google Drive)
  • ERP experience (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP)
  • CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
