About the role

  • Member/Client Service Agent facilitating sales and handling client requests at Desjardins Group. Providing services to assist clients and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Assist members and clients by listening to their needs, handling their requests, and answering their questions
  • Advise members/clients on selecting and getting the most out of available tools and channels based on their desired level of self-service and automation
  • Support sales efforts by closing sales, processing transactions, and following up as required
  • Ensure member and client satisfaction
  • Answer phone calls, manage information requests, and forward inquiries to the appropriate person
  • Identify business opportunities and help increase sales through proactive outreach and solicitation

Requirements

  • Trade school diploma in a related field
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in French is required
