About the role

  • Manager overseeing Client Services operations at Guardant Health, enhancing oncology patient care and operational scalability. Directing Tissue Procurement team and driving execution of key initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of Client Services initiatives with limited direction
  • Translate high-level strategic intent into defined actions, timelines, and deliverables
  • Track initiatives end-to-end, including risks, dependencies, and next steps
  • Manage Tissue Procurement team members
  • Own operational performance, throughput, and turnaround standards
  • Lead capacity planning and volume forecasting in partnership with leadership
  • Ensure staffing and workflows scale in alignment with anticipated growth
  • Identify and implement workflow improvements to increase efficiency and reliability
  • Coordinate across Client Services supervisors while respecting existing reporting structures
  • Support vendor management, contracting workflows, purchase order processes, and issue resolution
  • Build and maintain operational and executive-facing Tableau dashboards
  • Develop clear summaries and presentations for leadership consumption
  • Scope, design, and implement financial tracking mechanisms for Client Services

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in operations, program management, business operations, or similar execution-focused roles
  • Experience managing operational teams
  • Experience with vendor coordination, contracting workflows, or purchase order processes
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes with incomplete or evolving information
  • Hands-on experience building Tableau dashboards and operational reporting
  • Experience supporting senior leaders (Director level or above)
  • Proven ability to coordinate across teams without direct authority
  • Strong organizational and synthesis skills; capable of managing multiple parallel efforts
