Responsibilities

Organiseren van kwartaalbijeenkomsten of leuke afdelingsactiviteiten
Bedenken en schrijven van nieuwsartikelen voor de afdeling
Requirements
MBO werk- en denkniveau
Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als managementassistent of in een vergelijkbare ondersteunende rol
Positieve instelling en draagt bij aan een fijne werksfeer
Teamspeler met organisatietalent
Neemt initiatief, creatief en denkt in oplossingen
Vriendelijk en professioneel communiceren, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels – mondeling en schriftelijk
Ruime ervaring met Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Digitaal vaardig en leert snel nieuwe systemen en tools
Goed prioriteiten stellen en behoudt overzicht, ook als het druk is
