About the role

  • Managing corporate travel operations at QVC Group, ensuring vendor performance and establishing governance. Collaborating across departments for effective travel program execution.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily operations of the QVC Group Corporate Travel Operations
  • Ensure vendor partners are performing in accordance with contracts and expectations
  • Manage T/E and corporate card program
  • Establish travel governance and policies
  • Monitor SLAs and improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with Global Security for traveler assistance

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate travel operations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient with PC, including Office Suite
  • Advanced Excel user preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate complex contracts
  • Experience with Ariba, SAP, Coupa, Egencia, CTM, Citibank, Emburse preferred
  • Ability to partner with and influence key stakeholders throughout the organization
