About the role

  • Procurement Performance Analyst optimizing procurement operations and overseeing P&L performance at Air Liquide. Establishing reporting frameworks and monitoring KPIs for financial accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize procurement operations and enhance financial accuracy by leading strategic processes.
  • Ensure the monitoring of the P&L and the performance of the Procurement Organisation.
  • Establish, align and distribute annual reporting calendar including aligned retro-planning.
  • Drive budget target, RFx & year closing process for Cluster/GBU function.
  • Monitor performance in Cluster/GBU Procurement on a regular basis by conducting target vs. actual analyses, etc.
  • Produce, align & communicate meaningful reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Economy, Business, engineering, or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of experience in financial or sales analysis.
  • Computer Skills: SAP (or similar ERP), Power BI, Advanced Excel (or google sheets)• Autonomous
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to work and advise senior management
  • Influencing without authority
  • Analytical mindset
  • Conceptual thinking
