Responsibilities
Responsible for the effective planning and management of customer relations and marketing for assigned key customer accounts.
Performs strategic account management.
Plans and manages major customer relations engagements.
Negotiates special contracts outside of existing tariffed services.
Coordinates PSE’s efforts in the development and implementation of rates, energy supply options, contracts, technology innovations, utility operations and system reliability for major customers.
Leads and/or participates in process improvement initiatives to streamline customer construction and service.
Oversees and/or leads special construction projects for major customers.
Develops, promotes, communicates and effectively implements a wide range of strategies for major customers.
Approves 449/459 customer billings.
Manages assigned customers in the Curtailment process.
Requirements
Proven experience in dealing with industrial customers.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Strong PC skills using Microsoft Office and Outlook applications.
Knowledge of Commercial/Industrial programs and tariffs.
Demonstrated ability to implement strategic solutions that consider both PSE and customer needs.
