About the role

  • Responsible for the effective planning and management of customer relations and marketing for assigned key customer accounts.
  • Performs strategic account management.
  • Plans and manages major customer relations engagements.
  • Negotiates special contracts outside of existing tariffed services.
  • Coordinates PSE’s efforts in the development and implementation of rates, energy supply options, contracts, technology innovations, utility operations and system reliability for major customers.
  • Leads and/or participates in process improvement initiatives to streamline customer construction and service.
  • Oversees and/or leads special construction projects for major customers.
  • Develops, promotes, communicates and effectively implements a wide range of strategies for major customers.
  • Approves 449/459 customer billings.
  • Manages assigned customers in the Curtailment process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in dealing with industrial customers.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Strong PC skills using Microsoft Office and Outlook applications.
  • Knowledge of Commercial/Industrial programs and tariffs.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement strategic solutions that consider both PSE and customer needs.
