About the role

  • Associate Account Executive managing Organon biosimilars, building relationships and negotiating contracts with healthcare leaders across specified regions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the business relationship between the company and assigned accounts
  • Negotiate profitable contracts and improve formulary access positions for Organon biosimilars
  • Optimize Net Sales and Contract Performance across the biosimilars portfolio
  • Ensure proper oversight and compliance with all company policies
  • Build trust and credibility with Senior Leaders in assigned accounts
  • Identify and advance business opportunities with customers
  • Monitor territory and account performance and act on performance outliers
  • Develop strategic and tactical account plans focused on economic, operational, and clinical areas

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Advanced degree preferred (PharmD, ARNP, MSN, MBA)
  • Two years of recent Business Sales, Account Management, or relevant health care experience
  • Strategic acumen and business planning
  • Curiosity and problem solving
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and success working in teams
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Executive presence and influence
