Junior Sales Representative supporting the sales team in the construction reinforcement industry. Assisting with customer relations and identifying new sales opportunities locally while maintaining records in CRM.
About the role
- Responsible for selling and servicing Sentry products to meet growth, retention, profit and sales objectives
- Products include specialty lines (Non-Standard Auto, Motorcycle) and personal lines (Homeowners, Auto, other) that Sentry is licensed to sell
- Selling Dairyland and Harley Davidson products and promoting their insurance services to customers
- Provide quotes and bind coverage for customers in a timely fashion
- Answer inbound customer inquiries on coverage limits, deductibles, etc.
- Understand specific company products to effectively serve customers
Requirements
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of related work experience
- Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license is required
- Effective phone communication, analytical, decision making, and human relation skills
- Previous call center experience/sales experience highly preferred
- Effective multi-tasking and time management skills
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to use dual monitors
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
