Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for Client Legal Services attorneys
Enter and manage data including pleadings, motions, trial, arbitration, and mediation letters
Manage calendars and files related to case management systems
Confirm related events and activities
Monitor and route internal/external client inquiries, mail, faxes, etc.
Schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials; reschedule and send related notices as needed
E-file documents with courts and maintain accurate records
Review files for completeness and accuracy
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Administrative experience in a legal or professional services setting preferred
Ability and willingness to learn processes, draft documents, and use Microsoft Office efficiently
Ability to train others on immediate work group functions
Must handle confidential information with discretion
