About the role
- Deliver engaging, effective, and innovative training experiences
- Facilitate New Hire, Professional, and Leadership Development programs
- Design new programming and iterate on existing content to ensure continuous improvement
- Provide targeted coaching and feedback and develop individualized support plans to address performance gaps
- Design, update, and refine training materials including presentations, quizzes, and job aids
- Measure training effectiveness through assessments, progress tracking, and data-driven insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align training initiatives with business objectives
- Reinforce learning through evaluations, shadowing, and one-on-one coaching
- Integrate cutting-edge training tools and adult learning principles
- Serve as an interim manager for new hires, providing structured feedback and performance discussions
- Role is remote with occasional travel to FreedomCare locations nationally when necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as education, communications, or human resources (equivalent professional experience acceptable)
- Minimum of three years in a training role
- Experience delivering both virtual and in-person training
- Experience in the education, communications, or HR fields; healthcare industry experience highly desirable
- Experience creating multimedia training materials such as PowerPoint presentations and job aids
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and remote training solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams)
- Experience with virtual conference applications (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Adobe Connect)
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Telephonic customer-service experience, particularly in healthcare administration
- Advanced knowledge and skills in Adult Learning and e-Learning principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking
- Strong coaching skills and emotional intelligence
- Willingness to travel occasionally to FreedomCare locations nationally
