Responsibilities
Collaborating with internal teams and external experts to define learning objectives and create program content.
Managing all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, technology setup, and coordination of speakers and facilitators.
Conducting market research to identify key topics and trends to inform event programming.
Creating promotional materials and liaising with marketing teams to maximize event visibility.
On-site and online management during events, ensuring smooth operation and high levels of participant engagement.
Evaluating the success of events and courses through participant feedback and performance metrics, implementing improvements where necessary.
Requirements
Proven experience in organizing educational or training events, ideally in a corporate or professional services environment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to think creatively and innovate when it comes to learning methodologies and event delivery.
Proficiency in using event management software and tools.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience in conducting market research and analyzing data to inform programming decisions.
