About the role
- Develop and implement leadership development, organizational development, and performance programs
- Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding programs for Turkey and abroad offices; answer and follow up on new hire questions
- Manage all aspects of training, including creating and supervising ongoing training programs and developing future programs
- Develop and implement training assessment and evaluation tools
- Evaluate training programs and processes for overall effectiveness
- Identify technical and behavioral training needs and design/implement training programs
- Identify and report training metrics
- Promote L&D training internally and externally
- Create clear policies and employee handbooks explaining Insider’s operations
- Draft yearly training planning for departments
- Take on tasks beyond assigned responsibilities and participate in cross-functional initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in training and development activities
- Passionate about Human Resources and engaging deeply with people
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Result-oriented with strong planning and organization skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment
- Comfortable with ambiguity and resourceful in finding solutions
