Schedule and coordinate training sessions, schedules and events for health services staff
Collaborate with supervisors to create initial 2-3 weeks of onboarding schedules for new staff
Partner with HR to coordinate new employee orientation processes
Assign, review and track staff online trainings using the affiliate's online learning system to ensure accreditation standards are met
Communicate with trainers and trainees to ensure a successful training experience
Understand and follow PPGP’s training program and utilize training materials
Review and maintain Patient Access and Reporting training materials
Monitor Learning & Development team email inbox and files and maintain skill checklists or respond if required
Travel to various locations to provide on-site training support throughout all four states in the affiliate

Requirements
Experience with electronic health records, specifically patient access
1 year experience in conducting or coordinating training for employees
1-2 years’ experience with direct patient care
Proficient in Microsoft Office software
Ability to travel to all affiliate states
Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a health care setting
Preferred: 1-3 years EPIC experience
Preferred: Experience with Sexual & Reproductive healthcare
Preferred: Experienced in developing and maintaining good working relationships with physicians and other clinical staff and acting as a role model for the highest level of clinical practice
