About the role

  • Schedule and coordinate training sessions, schedules and events for health services staff
  • Collaborate with supervisors to create initial 2-3 weeks of onboarding schedules for new staff
  • Partner with HR to coordinate new employee orientation processes
  • Assign, review and track staff online trainings using the affiliate's online learning system to ensure accreditation standards are met
  • Communicate with trainers and trainees to ensure a successful training experience
  • Understand and follow PPGP’s training program and utilize training materials
  • Review and maintain Patient Access and Reporting training materials
  • Monitor Learning & Development team email inbox and files and maintain skill checklists or respond if required
  • Travel to various locations to provide on-site training support throughout all four states in the affiliate
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Experience with electronic health records, specifically patient access
  • 1 year experience in conducting or coordinating training for employees
  • 1-2 years’ experience with direct patient care
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to travel to all affiliate states
  • Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a health care setting
  • Preferred: 1-3 years EPIC experience
  • Preferred: Experience with Sexual & Reproductive healthcare
  • Preferred: Experienced in developing and maintaining good working relationships with physicians and other clinical staff and acting as a role model for the highest level of clinical practice
