About the role
- Lead end-to-end event coordination for Europe Business Academy sessions, including timelines, communication plans, and program calendars
- Manage logistics such as hotel accommodations, travel arrangements, and on-site coordination
- Secure facilitators, venues, learning materials, and technical support with internal and external partners
- Promote programs across the region and support participant application and selection
- Partner with Finance to manage invoicing, vendor payments, and monitor program budgets
- Deliver engaging sessions during Europe Business Academy workshops and other learning events
- Facilitate Let’s Lead and Let’s Learn Learning Labs for in-person and virtual learners
- Build partnerships with learners, HR, and program speakers to align learning solutions with business needs
- Manage relationships with external training vendors, from onboarding and contracting to service delivery and quality assurance
- Collect and analyze participant feedback and program data to evaluate impact and recommend improvements
Requirements
- Relevant experience in talent development, human resources and training facilitation
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiar with MS Office tools and curious to learn more
- Proven ability to work in multicultural virtual environment and engage with business leaders and all employees
- Ability to travel
- Preferred: Knowledge of other European languages
