About the role

  • Design and execute recruiting strategies for GTM and G&A, building strong pipelines of passive and active talent through creative sourcing, campaigns, and AI-powered outreach.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and hiring teams, defining role requirements and hiring strategy while providing data-driven market insights, compensation guidance, and interview best practices.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop 1–2 recruiters, elevating team performance and building long-term capability.
  • Lead executive and critical searches, navigating complex negotiations and influencing senior decision-making.
  • Drive scalable, repeatable recruiting processes and frameworks that balance structure with scrappiness.
  • Leverage recruiting analytics and metrics to assess pipeline health, identify systemic gaps, and implement improvements that continuously raise the bar.
  • Introduce bold, creative, and AI-powered innovations to optimize hiring efficiency while preserving a world-class candidate experience.
  • Contribute to company-wide talent strategy, bringing proactive insights and ideas to continuously improve how we hire.
  • Partner with leaders across Marketing, Sales, Finance, People, and Operations to meet hiring needs and priorities.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth, scaling startup environment.
  • Proven success hiring for senior and executive-level GTM + G&A roles.
  • A collaborative and growth mindset
  • A proven track record of collaboration with executive leadership and data-driven decision-making
  • Strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in coaching and developing other recruiters to higher performance
  • Experience successfully building and maintaining trusting and consultative relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates
  • Proficiency with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI tools to source, engage, and analyze pipelines.
  • Experience using AI tools to source, engage, or analyze talent pipelines and demonstrate efficiency/impact
  • Ability to work hybrid with required in-office days (Tuesday-Thursday)
  • Willingness to participate in background check at offer stage
