About the role

  • Lead Generation Manager developing AI-driven lead generation strategies at MyTraffic. Collaborating with Sales and leveraging innovative tools for optimal pipeline conversion in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Combine strategy, execution, and innovation to continuously improve how we build and convert our pipeline
  • Work closely with two Senior Enterprise Account Executives on their lead generation strategy and delivery
  • Own the Total Addressable Market (TAM) for each Account Executive and ensure optimal coverage and penetration
  • Provide market insights and segmentation expertise to guide go-to-market strategy
  • Build AI-powered lead lists by integrating intent data, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, and event triggers
  • Book meetings for Sales using the 2.0 lead-gen stack (Clay, Sales Navigator, Lemlist)
  • Lead strategic calling initiatives to secure meetings with Enterprise accounts
  • Test new tools, features, and approaches in the internal "Sales Innovation Lab" and help scale best practices across the Sales organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Lead Generation, SDR/BDR management, or Growth Marketing roles
  • Strong interest in AI, or prior experience in the field, is a plus
  • Solid background in outbound prospecting, campaign design, and pipeline generation
  • Experience in a SaaS or tech environment is highly valued
  • Proficient with modern sales tools (CRM, Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Clay, Modjo, etc.)
  • Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a plus
  • Proven ability to drive outbound performance and meet meeting-generation KPIs
  • Strong understanding of sales automation, intent data, and AI-based enrichment workflows
  • Analytical mindset: able to measure, iterate, and optimize lead generation performance
  • Comfortable collaborating across Sales, Marketing, and Data teams.
