Responsibilities
Establish long-term, strategic relationships with a variety of stakeholders across organizational levels;
Serve as the focal point between multiple client interlocutors and ClearSale;
Identify needs and opportunities to create value;
Monitor client performance and identify pain points and opportunities for improvement through upselling and development of new services and solutions.
Requirements
Has a strategic mindset and is data-driven;
Relationship-oriented, with strong communication and negotiation skills;
Deep knowledge of the payments and e-commerce industry dynamics;
Able to work collaboratively and as a team player;
Takes a consultative approach and practices active listening;
Curious and motivated to solve new problems.
Strategic understanding of the business for the assigned client portfolio;
Experience in Account Planning management;
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build new relationships;
Experience managing and developing strategies for large accounts;
Experience managing pipeline in Salesforce;
Advanced English;
Advanced Spanish is considered a plus.
