About the role

  • Partnership Manager to grow Lovable's partner ecosystem advancing into new markets and platforms. Manage strategic partnerships and ensure long-term growth in the company's pivotal moment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full partnership lifecycle end-to-end.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships across verticals.
  • Design and scale partnership programs and models.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and sales.
  • Represent Lovable externally at the executive level.
  • Track and report on partnership performance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliances within B2B technology.
  • Proven track record owning the full partnership lifecycle: sourcing, negotiating, closing, activating, and growing partnerships.
  • Comfortable navigating complex technical requirements and workflows.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity, unblock yourself and others.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
