About the role

  • Key Account Manager developing fragrance strategies and managing client relationships in the Philippines. Collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth with high profile fragrance customers.

Responsibilities

  • Grow Givaudan Fine Fragrance business in Philippines with designated accounts
  • Build engagement with local customers and support our development and perfumery team
  • Define account, segment strategy, needs, targets, and priorities to win business
  • Develop and deliver internal and customer presentations
  • Identify customer requirements and follow up on customer submission
  • Coordinate with other teams to support customer priorities
  • Negotiate pricing agreements within guidelines
  • Manage credit, pricing, rebates and budget for main accounts
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience within the Fragrance industry
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Proven track record in building a pipeline of fragrance-related projects
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth
  • Solid understanding of consumer and market trends in the fragrance sector
  • Genuine passion for Fine Fragrance
