Responsibilities
Grow Givaudan Fine Fragrance business in Philippines with designated accounts
Build engagement with local customers and support our development and perfumery team
Define account, segment strategy, needs, targets, and priorities to win business
Develop and deliver internal and customer presentations
Identify customer requirements and follow up on customer submission
Coordinate with other teams to support customer priorities
Negotiate pricing agreements within guidelines
Manage credit, pricing, rebates and budget for main accounts
Manage and resolve customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Business, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience within the Fragrance industry
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Proven track record in building a pipeline of fragrance-related projects
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth
Solid understanding of consumer and market trends in the fragrance sector
