Responsibilities
Key point of contact for customers covering Suffolk and surrounding areas
Identifying and targeting revenue potential within your portfolio
Producing robust business plans that exceed sales and profit targets
Building a detailed understanding of the customers, markets, and competitors
Maintain and upkeep accurate customer records
Building coalitions across the business to support the delivery of sales targets including with the internal account managers
Requirements
Experience in a field-based sales role with account management responsibilities and exposure to working to KPIs and targets
You are open-minded, possessing the ability and wiliness to embrace change
Someone who takes a solution-led approach to their work
You possess a proven ability in strategic thinking and planning
You are an excellent relationship builder
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Any Salesforce CRM or B2B experience would be a bonus
A driving licence is essential
